I really like this place a lot! Its a great place to sit with your friends and have some ayce at the sushi bar!
I really like they're rolls, i think its kinda what they're known for, when ever you get ayce the sushi chef usually gives you different rolls to try.
One that stands out to be was the origami roll. It was super tasty and visually appealing.
Im a big gyoza fan and they have some deliciously crispy gyoza which is included in the ayce too! Aswell as miso soup which is also pretty good!
Also during ayce (im bringing it up a lot i know) you get two pieces of uni which i love so its perfect. Im also never disappointed with the octopus sushi or the fresh water eel! -

Music is way too loud, what's the point of going out to eat if you can't talk and enjoy conversation?
Talked to our server, she essentially didn't care and seemed to purposely delay our order. -

The one star is solely based on about 15 visits here. The food is very good, but the SERVICE is horrible. It's not uncommon for very long wait times to be seated or get a refill. Often times, the wait staff stands around chatting up regardless if the place is packed or not. Even simple orders (combos) take about 25-30 minutes when it's not busy.
To add insult to injury, they will gouge you if you order out. Condiments (except soy sauce) that you normally get for free when you dine in, are $1 or $2 each if you order out. Also, if you order through POSTMATES, hold on tight because you're going to get it in the wallet. For example, if you order a combo through Postmates, they add on an extra $2 to each combo regardless if it's lunch order dinner. THEN, they tack on a service fee of about 22%! So if your order is about $30 you're almost paying $7 as a SERVICE fee for deciding to eat at home or work instead. Not all places charge a service fee and tack on extra charges when you order out.
The FOOD is great, too bad their service is one of the worst and they know people who return just for the food. -

Taste really good! Guest services great too! Especially for Chirashi Bowl! Always order at lunch hour, no matter summer or winter I love it so much! Better than goldfish!
